This code applies to the installation, operation, inspection, supervision and diagnosis of pipelines outside gas manufacturing plants and supply stations among the gas supply facilities of wholesale gas operators [inclusive of gas supply facility contractors other than city gas operators conforming to the Urban Gas Business Act (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”), Article 39-2, Clause 1] conforming to the Act, Article 2-2 and -5.
