This Code applies to the facilities, technology and inspection for manufacturing of cryogenic cylinders (cylinders of double wall construction consisting of a jacket and an inner cylinder to be filled with liquefied natural gas to be used as vehicle fuel, hereinafter referred to as “cylinders”) of which internal volume does not exceed 500 L for CNG vehicles among cylinders conforming to the High-Pressure Gas Safety Control Act (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”), Article 3, Clause 2.
