Scope

This code applies to the facilities, technology and inspection for storage type installations which
compress hydrogen supplied from piping or storage facilities and refuel vehicles among highpressure
gas filling installations in conformity to the Enforcement Decree of the High-pressure Gas
Safety Control Act (hereinafter referred to as “the Enforcement Decree”), Article 3, Clause 1, 3.
