This Code applies to facilities, technology and inspection for manufacturing of cryogenic gas cylinders (cylinders to be filled with liquefied gas of which temperature is not over -50℃ and thermally insulated with insulation materials and/or refrigerated by refrigerators to keep the gas temperature in them within their normal temperature; hereinafter referred to as “cylinders”) manufactured by welding among cylinders in conformity to the High-Pressure Gas Safety Control Act (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”), Article 3, Clause 2.
